1. Flight Bookings:

– Refunds and cancellation charges are subject to airline policies.
– Some tickets may be non-refundable.
– Processing fee of ₹200 per ticket may apply.

2. Train Bookings:

– Follows IRCTC cancellation rules.
– Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable IRCTC charges.

3. Bus Bookings:

– Bus ticket cancellations depend on the bus operator's terms.
– Usually, a cancellation fee is applicable based on how early the ticket is cancelled before
departure.

4. Tour Packages:

– Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: 90% refund.
– Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
– Non-refundable components such as flight/train/bus bookings or permit fees will be
deducted.

5. General Guidelines:

– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
– All refund amounts will be credited to the original payment method.

6. Changes & Modifications:

– Changes in travel dates or details are subject to service provider rules and additional
charges may apply.
